Writing Site Suggestions For 2021?

Mylot is good, but what are some other good writing sites you'd suggest I try out in 2021? As most know, I am skeptical of many online writing ops as many of them are of the "content mill" variety, where the admins do well and contributors get shafted, but if you have tried something & it's NOT of that variety, please let me know.
