Day 176 Promise 637 Philippians 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. 9 Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you. (KJV) Do you ever wonder if everything you do is worth it? Do all your achievements, work ethics, and just being a nice all-around person give you self-esteem when it seems nobody notices you or knows your name? Paul told the Philippians to focus on good character traits because when they did, the God of peace would be with them. As Christians, when you focus on being the person God created you to be, your sense of well-being will override what others think about you. The world sinks to strategies that derail a person’s life, tear them apart, and make them out to be the worst person ever born. Yet, when you don’t allow the world and Satan to derail you by living an honest life, you will find peace in everything you do because God is with you. Don’t let Satan win the battle when Jesus already won the war. Let your life be an example of God’s love for you and everyone you encounter. Seek truth and justice in everything you do. Then the world can’t bring accusations against you. Peace will be your pillow when you sleep, and your companion throughout the day. Let’s pray: Father, let my life be one of integrity in everything I do. Let Your light shine through me so people will see You shining through me. Let Your peace rest on me. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen. Copyright © 3 February 2021 by Valerie Routhieaux Image courtesy of Pixabay

Yes, we have to keep walking in God's path. I think we have to not let ourselves distracted by too many useless things May God keep you.

Living for God and striving to live like Jesus did should be ever Christians goal in life but sometimes it gets lost in the living. I pray that any Christian stuck in life or that have lost their way and aren't experiencing the peace of God will find their way back to the way.
