I am taking up law units at a university, and every time we have our recitation, I am panicking, to the point that my heart beats fast and loud, my body sweating and extremely cold. Do you have any advice on how I could handle this situation?

I think practice will help you conquer it.

Did you choose your course or somebody choose it for you. Law is where you will be in a hard, tough situation of defending clients. You should be strong and invulnerable in your defense. And so think of your situation in class as trial in the court and that is only mild compared to actual.

It was me who chose to study law. Thank you so much! I'll keep this in mind. It's just that there are times when my fears get the better of me.

@Mikmath It is normal. Just look at your classmates as if they are not wearing their faces or eye on them up above their head. Concentrate on what you are going to recite and be confident.
