What is the conversion of Lyka Gems?

I just want to ask regarding the conversion of Lyka Gems? Someone told me that 1 peso can be 1 gems Then what will be the minimum amount for you to encash or convert is to cash? What are the banks that are applicable to transfer the cash aside from gcash? About the MAX RATE If you are able to rate others and I know it has limit too like 40 photos I guess then if someone will max rate back is there any limit or it is unlimited then you will still have gems?

I just started it and I noticed that you can only rate a maximum of ten and separately ten each for moment and post. The maximum amount that you can encash is I think 20 pesos but you can check in you tube.
