You could install an Android emulator and then try.
Bluestack maybe.

It's only available for Android and iOS. Your only way of using it in Windows would be to install an Android emulator and try using it on that. You could try installing Bluestacks which will, theoretically, run the APR file but whether you would get full functionality that way is another matter.
