Have you heard last will and testament?
I know it will take an effect after the person who owned is died isn't?
But what if a concerned person hold it after the testator is gone?
Does it mean last will ,will be given to the heirs right after the death of the testator?

We have an attorney and an executor who will handle our will and final testament once we are gone. Everything is spelled out in it and can’t go to anyone unless stated. If there is no one, I think it goes to probate and the state gets it.
