What do you do to stay motivated?

I find myself lagging this year. I write on HubPages about cruises (bit depressing given we can't go on any) and since Christmas I just can't seem to find the joy that I once did in writing.
Maybe it is because I am only having a moderate amount of views to my articles or it is because when I share them on social media it hardly ever leads to more interesting conversations. Maybe I am just feeling isolation creeping in.
What does everyone else do to stay motivated?

I have been told by other authors to stay the course and as long as you enjoy what you write, the audience will come eventually.

@paddygsound20 I can understand why people do not read my fan fictions on Archive Of Our Own since Wordgirl is a kids cartoon and what is she and her alien family members doing assisting the D C Heroes like the Flash, Superman, Batman and others get out of traps they get into.

Seeing so little views can be depressing and disheartening. I know this becasue I write on hupages too. I only have 11 articles to date. I tell myself keep writing this will fund your retirement
