How to add images to my posts / myLot

I think we are allowed to add images and pictures to our posts. I was wondering how this procedure is done. Do you get better responds or do you make more money in any given post with a picture.

When you create a post down at the bottom before you hit post there is a blue words one will say add image and there you cna add a picture form the computer or if from a smartphone for your camera roll. Some times a picture helps and some times it doesn’t
