so now my soon to be ex husband called and he will be via zoom for our divorce hearing next week but telling me they might put it off because our paperwork dont match. hmmm...they better grant it. then had the balls to tell me he will give me $900 of the $1200 owed to me as agree'd from the stimulus money which im not happy about because it should be a full 1200 because i have a big internet bill we owe together and i want to get his son his own phone so he can call and text his son all he wants. i used my tracfone that isnt activated yet and did speaker phone with him and recorded it off my tracfone for proof. i even told him about his girlfriend and he was okay with that. he said other things which got recorded i didnt want to hear about because all it did was anger me. he even talked to his son for a minute or so. everytime he calls, i am recording everything until the divorce is final. he doesnt know he is being recorded either because that is proof on my part. he gets out march 1st. i guess next wednesday we will see what happens. hes even gonna tell them we dont care because we just want the divorce and i want my maiden last name back. i even told him about what his mom and aunt pulled on me yesterday and he is upset with them but dont blame me. his mom called me a pos and told me to eff off and more and so did his aunt. i am so irritated right now its not even funny. (i will keep everyone posted but pray i get my divorce granted)
