Pantry Restocked Day One

Sonora, California
February 16, 2021 6:42pm CST
Well I got some good news, we maybe able to start serving the homeless meals again, they will be likely served to go, but I stocked up on some drinks and other treats, not only for myself because I'm not that greedy, but for my family as well. I do know for certain we have been cleared to start services back up Monday, Socially distanced of course, and in the Faith Hall, but I'm hopeful we can at least give the needy to go meals, likely sandwiches and that kind of thing but it would be better than nothing!

Those who need something are often thankful for what they can receive no matter how small.

I can't do everything but I try to do what I can whether it be something as small as a can of Dr Pepper!

That is a very well-stocked pantry and easy to get what one wants

Hopefully you will be able to serve homeless meals. That's an excellent project. There's a great need for that.

We did it before Covid at our Church but not just homeless anyone was welcome, many would donate toward the cost of the next meal along with outreach money put aside for it!

Giving them something is better than nothing. The homeless shelter here gives the homeless meals in a bag to go.
