Are you expert in making empanada?

I like empanadas a lot. I cook it a long time ago. I already forgot how easy or how hard it is to do. My favorite is chicken empanada sold near my office before. I also love apple pocket pies. I want to start this food business selling savory and sweet pocket pies. Can you share your recipe if you have?

I love it but I don't know how to make it.. I think it is a bit tedious to do it. I love the Vigan/Ilocos empanada. They put Vigan longanisa, green papaya and egg.. Sometimes they put additional longanisa and eggs but it's more expensive...

That's my problem it's a bit tedious especially in making the dough. I haven't tried ilocos empanada. I buy before in empanada avenue

@averygirl72 i feel full after eating Ilocos empanada. It is quite big. It is so yummy with the sukang iloko...
