Roasting caused coughing.

I just finished cooking lunch...i cooked chicken baalti(watch youtube)... I used some spices including red button chillies ..i dry roasted some ingredients. Every one in my house is coughing due to its strong spicy aroma Eveyone blaming me what are you cooking we are coughing due to this

Yes but with roasting corriander and cumming seeds its spicyness lowers
