"Second Naps" Are Becoming More-Regular for Me

It's important to note that I don't have a regular occupation (like a teacher or a waiter or an accountant or (the one I did have for longer than I should've) a student ... one that requires that I get all 6-to-8 hours of sleep-per-day AT NIGHT and go SOMEWHERE and stay awake all day). Oh, I usually try to keep the same schedule as 'you day-jobbers'---always going to bed around 10, bathing at around noon. But lately I've been waking up at about 4 every morning! And--confession-time--I have a TV in my bedroom, so I'm awake until past midnight & usually watch TV until then (and sometimes fall asleep with it on, using a timer to automatically turn it off after I'm asleep). That gives me maybe 4-hours-of-sleep every night ... meaning I've got to take naps to get 'my required rest,' right? https://www.sleepfoundation.org/how-sleep-works/why-do-we-need-sleep So any other 'unoccupieds' (whether 'retired' or 'unemployed') practicing "two-or-more naps a day?"
