Yesterday I came in from outside, and there was a partial message on my machine. "--your phone appointment is at 11:30 a.m." Okay, I thought, What appointment? With who? So after pulling weeds I came inside to make sure I was close enough to the phone. It rang, I answered it, and it was the nutritionist checking to see how I was doing on this diet. I was glad that as we were talking, she said I could eat more than what I thought I could eat. She also said it wasn't quite as strict as I thought it was--though she wants me to drink "fake" (Almond/soy/whatever) milk instead of real milk. Bleh. I guess I can adjust. I just have to find a kind that I like. That's over, so now I have to go and find some lunch, and then get on with other things.

I like almond milk more than the other types, I think it has the less fat. I hope you can find the milk that you like!

Get one with vanilla flavoring and pretend it's a milk shake.
