Our small high school group were planning on getting together this weekend but one my friends declined because she just finished her isolation, her brother and father tested positive too. But fortunately all of them are now okay. Then my other friend sent me a private message then her entire house had just undergone a covid test because her brother was positive. Fortunately she was negative, but her brother's family were all positive. So they're all doing self quarantine. We ended up just having a chat on zoom. I really wish that vaccine would work.

The friend and her brother and father had mild symptoms. I think one with the kids were asymptomatic. But all is well now.

Covid is very much active looking for its next victim. Although government is loosening the quarantine rules allowing people to move more freely its not a sign that the virus is cleared already and were free as we want it. So stay safe always so everything will not be infected and still watch the minimum basic health protocols to avoid them.

Indeed, I always observe physical distancing and everything when i go out and always tell my parents to observe distance when talking to neighbors. Mom always forgets the mask.

@lady1993 Yes though it's not 100% guaranteed that you will be safe from getting infected. I was one of those that have been following those protocols but one fateful day I still was infected somehow. I guess it is just not my lucky day that the virus has slipped through me. But I am lucky to have surpassed that trial in my life.

@rsa101 Oh that is so scary, I am glad you are okay now. We can't really see the virus so it could have been on an object we accidentally touched, no matter how careful we are.

I hope it would work too. The world needs that now.
