Hi did you train your hand? I try to train my hands so they don't get sore after a long day of typing on the keyboard, I want my hands to be strong in grip, I've been using them for a year with moderate intensity, so that my arms don't get big Have you ever used handgrip too?

@ladyhero I think I have seen what you put in the picture before. I use a ball. That is a good idea what you do. I believe I have seen them but have not used one before.

I have not used them. My gardening tools especially gardening shears gives me enough exerciseand so does so much cleaning around the house each day. Husband has a stress burster ball and I enjoy squeezing it and it's supposed to calm you down. I use it for therapy for my hyperactive students.

I like this tool, simple and easy to use every time, to strengthen arms and fingers, how long have you been using this tool?
