Breakfast for dinner

Last night I decided I wanted breakfast for dinner. I texted my daughter to tell her. She came home and told her dog grandma was going to make breakfast. Since she hadn't answered me on the text, that was my signal that she was up for it. I went out and got out a pound of bacon, put them on the griddle and put it in the oven. I then got my big fry pan out and put oil in it before putting the frozen hash browns in it. The bacon cooked for about 30 minutes before I turned off the oven and took the potatoes out of the pan. I first cooked two fried eggs for Deb and then two scrambled eggs for me since I won't eat fried eggs. I then buttered two pieces of toast to add to Deb's plate. I put everything on plates and brought it all into the living room where we ate. It was just what we both wanted. Just enough food for the rest of the night. (Pictures are not mine.)
