I Think I've Got a New Favorite-Pizza at Pizza Hut ... The Detroit-Style!

The Detroit-style pizza https://www.pizzahut.com/c/content/detroit-style-pizza is "a rectangular deep-dish pizza with a crispy, cheesy crust edge, layered with toppings and cheese all the way to the edge, and finished with a premium diced tomato sauce on top."
But what makes it Detroit-style? Is that a style that's popular in Detroit (Michigan)?

That's what 'Pizza Hut' IS, a restaurant that delivers pizza.
The closest I've ever gotten to "making pizza" is the dough-mix and seasoning packets you can buy from the store.
That was a long time ago. There's also 'microwave pizza' (which is pretty-much what most pizza-restaurants' pizzas are ... well, maybe they add the toppings separately, but everything else is pre-set and they just do the toppings & cook it for about half an hour).

@mythociate the big problem is I don't know how to use an oven, but don't worry i will learn how to use it.

@marguicha I guess I live in an OVER-developed country, where we order pizzas that are made ELSEWHERE and delivered to us.
