Sunbathing or a Yoga Pose?

So I too read a few pages from this book we got for kids:
Encyclopedia of Animals by DK.COM.
I have not checked the details but the publisher looks like from outside India.
So it shows a Ring tailed Lemur taking a sunbathe in a kind of squat position.
Yet to me it looks more of a Yoga pose!!
Well reading about animals can be fun as well.

That definitely looks like yoga pose and look at the mudra with his hand
. I guess it's busy with one of the pranayam
