I think that I´ll make a lunch as we did with Leticia when we went to the supermarket. I have ham, cheese and I bought the cream to finish my coleslaw. I also have Philadelphia cream cheese and I´ll add soy sauce and sesame seeds to have with crackers. I´ll end it with orange juice. After my nap I´ll marinate the chicken for tomorrow. Even if Dixie does not stay for lunch, a roast chicken helps a lot Now I´ll take the groceries from the garage to the kitchen.

The only store that will deliver to us is Aldi's; and they don't have much of a selection,

It's a relief when we can restock the food supply again. I still have some things to transfer to inside the house as well. A roast chicken can be so versatile . . . . I might be doing the same in the next few days.

I'm waiting for my own grocery delivery right now. I've been texting back and forth with the shopper since some of the items I requested are out of stock at the store. He's trying to find me some reasonable replacements, which I appreciate.
