What to do with an old refrigerator?

Finally bought a new one to replace our fridge that's at least 20 years old.
the old one is in the kitchen and taking too much space but we do not really know what to do with it.
Mom doesn't want to put any stuff in it since she said it might stink, since there's no airflow in the fridge when it's off.
Any ideas?

I saw a blogger, whose blogs I always view, convert and use an old refrigerator as an incubator for the eggs of his chickens, ducks and turkey. He bought the refrigerator from the junk yard and it served him well as a DIY incubator. His brother, who is also a blogger, also used an old refrigerator as an incubator for eggs which he was turning into "balut". So, if there is anyone in your place who is like these two bloggers, then you can give or sell your old refrigerator to him so that it can still be put to good use.

Perhaps there are some junk places that would pick it up and pay a bit of money for that. We had junk dealers when I lived in Latvia that would pick up old stuff like fridges and metal things and other old hard to get rid of stuff and then paid some money to us just to get them because they could use them for scrap metal and parts,
