Waiting for lilies to bloom

This year nothing is normal. Lilies normally appear around February We are now seeing the end of the month and no sign of lilies. Having said that some things that should not be there I see them such as the mangoes. The bell fruit too came up in January - the time for them is April. We see a second set of flowers on the bell fruit tree.
The most confused are the birds. I see them chattering among themselves.
