Would you shave your head if given the choice?

Hair is a woman's "crowning glory" so most would like to keep it long and beautiful.
A friend of mine shaved her head because she's always had a problem with her hair. It was too frizzy and she'd been thinking about shaving it for years.
Then when her aunt saw her,she asked if she didn't want to have a boyfriend anymore. 
I think it looks good on her. Besides, it's her hair,her say.

why not just trim it very, very short?
what will she do if it grows back frizzy again?

@lady1993 that's exactly what i mean. whether male or female. just keep it 1 to 2 inches. skinhead is too drastic.
one good thing about super short hair is you can wear all kinds of earrings and necklaces.

I personally would never shave my head. It most definitely wouldn't suit me.
