It was top 4 in Hell's Kitchen and one of the contestants voted himself out because he wanted to take the culinary skills he learned, back to his home town in Louisiana. He said he wanted to elevate the culinary industry there. He gave up the chance of winning a huge position and salary in Las Vegas. I think that took a lot of courage.
