I thought exams stopped after graduation

but our company makes us take these courses, most aren't even relevant to my current tasks. And there are exams right after, so you have to pay attention. Gotta takes notes i guess since i have to pass this each course is one hour, amazing.

There's more exam if you work in my factory. From interview to working, there'll always be a test or two.

@lady1993 Yeah. Have to keep you on your toes to ensure you know what you're doing. Many jobs require a recirtification as well, doctors, nurses, teachers. The list goes on.

It's okay. You'll benefit from it too! My mom said that once they had that kind of studies too but after they got passed, they became more flexible at work and they got higher pay.
