I wanted lechon and we got chicharon

Chicharon is deep fried pork skin(with meat sometimes). It tastes nothing like lechon but this is definitely delicious too. I just finished 2 packs. Have you tried this snack yet?

Veered away from chicharon a long time ago. Doctor advised. But I still get to eat some when I eat palabok.

It's not healthy indeed. I miss palabok. Mang Inasal's palabok isn't very good, but it's the only one available here.
