A mystery box
Just for me.
What's inside?
What can it be?
Will it be jewelry?
Will it be a tie?
Will it be crisp dollar bills?
Or a pumpkin pie?
Will it be a fancy watch?
Will it be a hat?
Will it be a rare coin?
What do you think of that?
Will it be a recipe?
Will it be a game?
Oh what's inside this box?
I'm in anxious pain.
Should I open the box now
Or should I wait a while.
Whatever is inside this mystery box,
I hope it brings me a smile.

That depends. Was it handed to you or left for you by someone you know, or was it sent without a return address, and delivered by a mail carrier or a courier?
