Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. Hope you are relaxing on weekends and will enjoy time with your family.
Today 6th March is celebrated as "National Dentist Day". Every year it's celebrated in order to appreciate the dentists efforts. Dental care is so important for everyone to maintain.
Luckily I haven't experienced root canal or any other such stuff. I had braces in my school time and my 4 teeths were removed in order to make space. I didn't experience much pain though. I kept wearing braces for quite some time. When it was removed I felt so light and my teeth felt free.
I take care of my oral hygiene. I brush everyday properly. I do gargle after eating anything so that cavity doesn't take place. I make sure that my breath is good all the time.
Nowadays there is teeth whitening culture wherein people go to clinic to get it polished. I don't like to get it done for myself as I feel it looks artificial the whitening stuff instead of natural white colour teeth.
Do let me know your thoughts about this topic. Have a great weekend everyone. Take care.

I was not aware of this day. Thanks for letting us know. And I make sure that I keep good oral hygiene and so do my family. Poor oral hygiene can lead to many health complications.

I wore braces twice. The first time was due to a dentist friend of my parents who dabbled in orthodontics. The second was to undo his work. lol
I don’t need whitening. I tried to make an appointment last year and they sent me home. My teeth are the second highest white there is naturally.
Dental health is so important.
