One big bag of clothes...

...discarded!
I've been purging our closets of clothes we haven't worn in over a year and have found a lot. I put them all in a large green trash bag for donation.
Thankfully, the woman who peddles fresh vegetables in our neighborhood was willing to take them. She's got 6 children who'd be happy to wear good-as-new clothes. I feel like I owe her a lot for taking our excess. Next time I'll pack some school supplies and give them to her. So much to discard.
Have you done some decluttering lately?

My kids outgrow their clothes kinda fast. I discard every 6 months or so...

@almostoveryou yes, same here, I discard twice a year, normally in summer and December

I often have to push myself hard every time because I can be very lazy. But once I start, I just go on until I fill up a bag. It's a great feeling.

You are helping the environment when you wear hand me downs. So that's a good thing.

I hear you. I just had to discard good as new blouses and pants I haven't worn in years. I've gained weight too, sadly.
