tax on the house~

was almost 4000 pesos (80 USD) per year. Our house is only 80 square meters. It's kind of high. My mom is still asking around to compare with our neighbors and relatives. The assessor said it was priced high because it is made of mixed concrete

In India we have different slabs depending upon the size of the house! The nature of construction hardly matters here as far as the tax is concerned!
