the 1988 one~ since it was the only available one in netflix.
There were a couple of funny parts, or maybe because i just love Eddie Murphy. All in all i do not think it was his best movie, but i do love him and his sidekick.

This part 1 is good. Recently I watched the sequel on Amazon prime and it was not up to expectations.

@lady1993 It's very loud comedy which just looses the real essence of it. Found it quite cheap too at many scenes. Not needed loud gestures and pathetic dialogues.

I watched this same movie last night. I love Eddie Murphy, but he is horrible at imitating an African accent. But overall, it was a good movie.
