I always get nervous when it is my turn / myLot

no matter how many times I present/discuss something~ to a crowd, in person or online. I still get nervous like 5 minutes before.

i just start to calm down when i am actually presenting. I sound calm but my hand are cold and my heart would beat so fast.

i used to be like that too, but now i'm way more comfortable with presentations. we get a lot of assignments we need to present at college and we got used to that. it can be a bit unusual to present to people other than my colleagues, but i'm fine with that.

I have poker face. People see me as confident. They don't know there are butterflies flying around in my stomach and my emotion is raging like a storm.

I have that too, although i blush easily.

so that's one emotion i cannot hide.
