mom has high blood pressure

She went to the dentist to have her tooth pulled, but the the dentist declined since her blood pressure was high. Maybe she's been so stressed about the land & taxes. I'm just looking up some food/medicine that may help and where to buy that device that measures your bp. Any tips? Do you know anyone with high blood pressure?

you can find it in Mercury or watsons. I bought mine inn Lazada. I have hypertension. But I do not feel anything at all. But I do take a maintenance medicine and regular check up

@lady1993 try lazada, Indoplas store I bought mine there. Also buy the one with adaptor. My cardio said it is better that it is with adaptor

You can order a BP monitor online. Best way to deal with it is keeping relaxed. You can also have your mom checked up by a doctor and get the doctor to prescribe medication to keep the BP level normal.

Fortunately there is a hospital nearby. The monitors were quite expensive~ we'll try to look for the most reliable brand.

Mom also has high blood pressure. She takes daily meds provided by the government hospital. Every three months, she would go for check ups.

my dad has high blood pressure, but he's using some medicines now. people here drink garlic and yogurt when they have high blood pressure.

@lady1993 If she can take straight pure del monte pineapple juice in a small can then give her. Yes there is a digital watch like type that she can wear, you can buy it online. She should have a maintenance, consult a doctor.
