i've seen someone making "chocolate rice", this looks similar (not really, that thing looked like pudding and this looks like cookie).
i'm not having anything at the moment, only coffee.

Bico looks very sweet and indulgent. Not something you'd want to eat every day, perhaps! It looks quite easy to make from the recipe I found. Just glutinous rice cooked with coconut milk and brown sugar.
Biko, is a native Filipino delicacy where glutinous rice is cooked with coconut milk and brown sugar then topped with caramelized coconut milk.

"Biko" is also one of my favorite snack! Here in our city or province we usually make it with glutenous rice or malagkit rice, coconut milk and brown sugar spiced with lemon rind or lime rind. For my snack this afternoon, I think I will just have another slice of ripe guyabanu or sour sop fruit.

@lady1993 Wow you're so lucky you have one. If it does not have fruits yet you can have guyabano (sour sop) tea using its fresh leaves.

@gamayngbaki hmm , never thought of that.
I'd probably try it so dad won't drink so much coffee.
