Thants wonderful, and my daughter always wanted to go to scottland, maybe someday she can. By the way what is haggis, neeps, and tatties?

have a look at this site http://www.scottishrecipes.co.uk/haggis2.htm don't be put off with the haggis ingredients - it really does taste delicious!

Won't be eating any of those, but I'm of Scottish descent, so I'll be toasting the holiday with a wee dram of single malt Scotch this evening.
