Nitrous Oxide or The Laughing Gas - does this gas really make u laugh?

Its never made me laugh it just gives you a buzzing feeling, and your body goes kind of number and you get goosepimples all over, its really weird and even worse if your drunk it lasts longer then an is more immense.

Actually it does if you get to much. It is just suppose to calm you and put you in a trance.
