Tender baby jack fruit can be cooked in many different ways. I tried something new. After scraping off the skin, it was cut into tiny bits, boiled and then put in a blender. I added some rice flour and made into balls and these balls were deep fried and soaked in curry. We had some masala that we use for making chicken curry. We used this masala. It turned out quite good

I have not tried blending, but tried slicing it and cooking like a meat with spices. It is really very tasty. And also boiled before cooking.

@Bhaskarjhborah I fried those balls pretty crisp and soaked them in the curry I prepared. Just for a change.
