Probably Going to Make Chicken for Dinner

These days I like making the whole chicken, just baking it in the oven. I usually put garlic cloves and onion under the skin and in the cavity and seasoning it real good and covering it with olive oil and then baking it for about an hour. It's one of my favorite meals and I like the dark meat. Usually end up eating the thighs and legs and wings and my girlfriend eats the breast. Then we have sandwiches for lunch the next day, depending. On the side I usually like rice and maybe broccoli. Ends up being a scrumptious meal.

I still have some leftover. So I will not cook today.

I just had egg fried rice for dinner. After smelling and processing chicken the whole afternoon, I am not in the mood to cook anything fancy.

@NateB11 No, my mom decided to slaughter a few of our chicken today. She's keeping some in the freezer and donate some for a feast.

Egg fried rice sounds really good. You must work at a chicken farm, I'm guessing.
