We have lots of bananas

We got fruits from two of our banana trees/shrub(?). So we have at least 6 dozen bananas right now. And then dad bought 2 banana cakes because it was buy 1 get 1 free. 
We'll probably be eating this for at least 2 weeks. 
Hopefully they don't ripen at the same time.

You are lucky to have a banana tree ( believe it or not banana is a herb!) We always have banana in the house, different varieties including saba or cooking banana, my 89 year old mother needs it daily so all of us eat it too, it's like my day is not complete if I don't eat a banana.

My late husband loved bananas. And here they are inexpensive fruit so it is easy to have them.

We have many banana plants but they take ages to yield. Earlier they used to. Good for you
