Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. As you know I am a foodie, I like to eat different kinds of food, however, I can't force myself of eating something which I don't like for health benefits.
I have seen many people who eat forcefully even if they don't like the taste but it's good for health so they consume it. I can't do that. I don't like Bitter Gourd. I know it's Health benefits but I can't eat it.
Let me know your views about it. Have a good day! Take care!!

If you don't like it then it's not healthy for you, if your taste buds or your body rejects it you would have difficulty digesting it and you won't get the full benefits. Enjoyment is part of of eating healthy in my opinion.

Unless it's life threatening, I would not force myself to eat something I don't like. Most food will have some alternative. I am fortunate that I like most of vegetarian stuff.
And bitter gourd is an absolute favourite.
