Have you ever help the homeless people in your city ad how was your experience ?

There are always homeless people in our city and many of them experience different hardship and problems in life. Of course there are many people who has involved in helping these group of people in a regular basis and their work and services should be appreciated.If you have such an experience, share with us either you ahem encounter positive or negative experience as well.

We used to see a homeless guy called Tom who had one leg and used to sit outside McDonald's where we live. We used to give him a pound each every time we went passed him when we were shopping. He was very nice. I think he's managed to find accommodation now.

It is good to see how you help this person "Tom" often and there are just full of people who needs help in our city all the times. For sure we can't help everyone due to our limited time and limited resources. however, if we can always expire our care and love with action to those we can encounter with, I think there will always be at least one homeless person got help already.

@wildlittlefan That's exactly what I think. There are several homeless people around where we live. We only do what we can.

When my daughter was visiting her daughter in a very large NC city, she was walking downtown to Starbucks when a homeless woman asked her to buy her a coffee from Starbucks! I guess even homeless people in nice neighborhoods want the more expensive coffee.
