Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. I was wondering today about this topic.
Personally speaking, I have worked everywhere on my own merit and haven't taken any favours from anyone. I feel that if someone recommends you for a job is ok, but I know many people who by applying influence get job for their dear ones.
I find that it's immoral ethically as many people who deserve it on their merit gets neglected because of such things.
Let me know your views about it. Have a good day!! Take care!

It can be difficult to get started in a lot of fields. You have to prove you can do the job. However, perspective employers, since they don't know you, look at work history and references to see if they feel you're a good fit for their company. However, if you're offered a job, it's up to you to keep it and rely on no one else but yourself.

That's a different thing and it's ok. One takes another job by some kind of influence that's wrong. You take care and thanks for sharing

I have not. I do it all myself all through out my life.
