Mary Ann Pyron is what we would call either a real life Wonder Woman or an Iron Woman who has a huge heart of compassion for her son Blake Pyron who is around in his early 20s in terms of his age.
Mary decided to assist her son to feel better when his illness started to slow him down by having him join his mom in running for exercise in the streets of their hometown in Sanger Texas which improved the health of her son.
However Mary decided to take her goals of running up a notch by setting a goal to run 321 miles in March to raise awareness of Down's Syndrome which she achieved her goal.
I like these kinds of parents that are willing to do anything to improve the lives of their children by following their beliefs.

I agree with you that Mary Ann has to be a real life Wonder Woman or Iron Woman to take on these tough tasks.

@Deepizzaguy She could've also been a runner or fit or something, too. She didn't try to do it in a day after all.
