Cerebral Palsy accessories

I personally like to use Assitivetouch for an easy access to the screenshot button, volume and the home button. I want to know what kind of headphones you use for being independent and easy to put headphones on yourself . I use long extension cord to charge my own devices.

A very long time I took care of a guy with quadriplegia and he used infra-red light and puff mouse to use his computer. But this was a very long time ago, I'm sure there's better technology these days.
