Well, I'm on vacation at home lol. But it's really just a vacation from my writing orders, not like a trip or anything. So, if you read my previous post, then you know I pretty much pulled an all-nighter to complete and submit my Fiverr order (which has already been accepted by my client). I got to bed around 6am, slept for several hours, and then I got up to shower, throw on some laundry, watch TV, listen to music, etc. Originally, I was thinking of writing for a few hours and then starting my vacation in the evening, but I was tired so I decided against it. My best friend texted me in the late afternoon to see if I wanted to go out. We went to Walmart to pick up a few things, except snacks for tomorrow night. We're getting pizza and neither of us felt like we needed snacks. If we change our mind, there are stores up the street. We also talked about our plans to start going to the gym after I'm fully vaccinated (which won't be until mid-May; two weeks after my second dose). I'm looking forward to it because I need to get active again, not that I can't do that on my own, but I want to use the treadmill and stationary bike. Shortly after she dropped me off, my Mom and I put on Wrestlemania 37 night one, and I scheduled the posts for my New Kids On The Block fan blog for the week (it's easier that way). It was weird not actually creating a work schedule, but believe me, I need this break. Right now, I'm watching the main event of Wrestlemania 37 (Sasha Banks vs. Bianca Belair), and then I'm going to pack for tomorrow (I'll be dropped off at my best friend's house after the movie; once again, my brother rented the theater for Godzilla vs. Kong, so there won't be anyone we don't know, plus we can space ourselves out). Then, I'm going to lie down because I'm still feeling the effects of that all-nighter. I hope you're all doing well. Stay safe and take care. :) Photo Credit: Pixabay.

Aw thank you so much. I should probably call it a stay-cation lol. It's more of a mental break, but I think I needed to finally make a little time for myself.

@oahuwriter Thanks! I wound up taking two weeks off, but that's because in week two there was a family emergency. I'm working on a writing order now, so the normalcy is nice.

I know you're enjoying your vacation, but this is very important. I just found out today about how United Healthcare, has a bad reputation I'm if not paying claims to our providers. Thus, many providers have left them or leaving them, so we members are slowly being left in the wind to slowly whither. I am going to make a post about it. Thought to bring it to your attention, knowing you and I are United Healthcare members, FYI. Very sorry to bring it up, in your vacation, but this is so dangerous and scary and we got to be aware of it. God, help us all, thank you in the name of Jesus, amen.

Thank you for letting me know. I'll keep an eye on things, especially with my doctor. If worse comes to worse, I'll have to look into another provider under Medicaid, as I chose United Healthcare because my longtime doctor is in that network. I'm just curious, btw, but where did you hear about this?

@oahuwriter Oh man. I really hope your insurance agent has been able to help you find a duo-type of coverage. I'm sorry you're going through this.

@tammys85 I'm currently trying to get transitions lense, which is not covered. It's new, it's not covere,so my doctor has to get a prior authorization. Wanted to find out from my optician more of what to except, we got to talking. He is thinking of leaving UHC, because they don't pay claims. UHC has a bad reputation, of not paying claims. I found out only 2 opticians on Oahu, the one I go to and just one more, because of this reputation. Many providers have complained. State can boot, insurance companies, if there are too many complaints. My dentist this year told me about UHC, not covering dentures. I have the Duo and need a duo type of coverage, Medicaid & Medicare. Hoping my insurance agent can find one for me.

You need a well deserved break after the all-nighter. The situation as of now doesn't warrants too much of an outing so yes I think you managed a mini outing quite well. Wishing you a great Sunday and next week ahead.

@tammys85 Yes one needs to have one's mind in a good shape as well. After all, writing and working with Software and more such things are more of a mental task than physical ones.

Thank you so much! We go out, we just take precautions. Plus, the people in my bubble is either are well on their way to being fully vaccinated, myself included. We're still going to take precautions until most of our population is vaccinated, esp. to help protect those around us. But I'm not like, going away for the week or anything. That's pushing it right now, at least for me, plus I need to start putting money toward my younger sister's bridal shower. :) This is more of a mental break, which I think I needed. My focus and motivation have been lacking as of late, and I think I was on my way to burn out, so I decided to finally take care of it. Thank you again. :)
