There might be trouble coming to Pizza Paradise. But before we get to that, let's look at the good news. Pizza places are really cleaning up. Domino's share prices have gone up 13% in the last year. The even better news is that Domino's is going to start testing driverless pizza delivery vehicles in Houston this week. It's another one of those things that we should have had years ago (Thank you, Loser Trump, for the total lack of all progress in everything for four years) but better late than never. The bad news is that the deadliest plague since the Black Death (Which came to you and stayed for over a year courtesy of Loser Trump) which has driven all these pizza profits is drawing to a close. And some experts are now warning of Pizza Fatigue. People who have been ordering pizza for the last year simply because they couldn't go out might stop ordering it for a while. We just have to hope it doesn't cause too much turbulence. Most of all, let's pray it doesn't derail the driverless pizza cars. ---------------------------- RESTAURANTS Domino’s Pizza pilots driverless delivery with Nuro autonomous car in Houston PUBLISHED MON, APR 12 202110:58 AM EDTUPDATED MON, APR 12 20212:52 PM EDT ---------------------------- Overcoming Pizza Delivery Fatigue - Local Marketing Strategies for Pizza Restaurants https://momentfeed.com/blog/overcoming-pizza-delivery-fatigue-local-marketing-strategies-for-pizza-restaurants/ ----------------------------

Driverless delivery from Domino's Pizza is an awesome idea.

I think so, too. It brings us one step closer to machines doing all the work.

@xander6464 It would save me a lot of stress driving an auto.

@Deepizzaguy It's going to save a lot of people a lot of stress. There are going to be far fewer traffic deaths, too.

One annoyance about where I live is you can't get delivery. I wonder if the driverless cars would help them extend their range a bit? I would be all for it if that was the case.

I think it will take a while but I see that coming. I am in the same situation. One pizza place did start delivering out here but that's it.
