Leftovers for lunch

Last night I made this mixture of tofu, zucchini, bell peppers, onions and spices in a balsamic dressing, eaten with cous cous. It was bland. This morning I fried it up with more spices, soy sauce and hoisin sauce; turned out to be a pretty good lunch.

Sounds delicious. I had scrambled eggs with viena sausage and leftover rice, which I fried in olive oil & soy sauce.
