Done Shredding

Finished shredding the remaining papaya slices. I'm going to make a pickle papaya but I couldn't finish it this time as it's almost 2 o'clock in the morning and I'm tired and so sleepy at the moment. Our papaya tree has finally give up. If not because I tied it with wire, it must be stumbled on the ground when its roots separate from the soil. With the help of my niece, she hold the trunk while I remove the tire wire and we slowly lay the trunk to the ground. The last batch of fruit were picked and because it's still raw, it will be pickled because we cannot consume it right away.

Good luck with the tree. Hope it grows well. And, you can save as much of the fruit you can.

@ZedSmart Perhaps you need to plant the seeds in the soil to help them take root and grow? Birds and wind can carry those seeds away far too easily.

@kaylachan That's a nice suggestion. I still have plenty of seeds here. The problem is the space.

I hope you can get the tree to grow again. Pickling is the wise thing to do. Sleep well!
