this hot weather is making me itchy

I already bathed but because of this hot weather, my arms and legs feel itchy, i cannot describe it well. i do not want to scratch too much, so i just put on lotion. Good thing we have tons of lotion at home

I am the same, I have to keep loads of aloe vera gel near me at all times during hot weather. If I don't I'll just tear my skin up and ruin it. It's quite soothing and it really takes the edge off.

That's what I do, & no scratching. Sometimes a light rub is enough, but lotions best. Hope weather gets cooler.
