Do you have proper work-life balance?

Many of us have this anomaly of unable to manage the work-life balance.
Either we are tied to our projects 24 X 7 by emails, e-meetings (Covid-19 situation) and phone call.
We are tied to our work responsibilities even at late nights. This is leading to less focus towards family members.
Is there a better situation or atmosphere of maintaining proper work-life balance?

Most people have aless proper balancing vwhere they can work overall and even forget to take acup of coffee or exercise

I work from home and I stick to a routine where I turn off my laptop after a certain time. Then I forget work until the next day.

I am a mom of 1 son and working from home as well, work lofe balance is when you got to work and took care of your family at the same time.. that is life., sometimes its tiring but you'll see it's all worth it..
